Administrative Support (ADMIN11001)

We are currently seeking Administrative Support to join our rapidly growing team!

 

Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for performing routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers by performing the following duties.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Operates office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications.
Answer multi-line phone system with heavy call volume and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Greets visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Opens, reads, routes, and distributes incoming mail and other material and answer routine letters.
Completes forms in accordance with company procedures.
Separate and file multi-part manifest in appropriate location; Mail appropriate manifest part to different cities daily as requested.
Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data.
Manages difficult or emotional customer situations in a professional manner; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; Participates in meetings.

Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for notifying or location customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payments by performing the following duties.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Operates office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems
Mails form letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
Confers with customer by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service or credit contract with customer.
Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts.
Orders service disconnection, or turns over account to attorney when necessary.
Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures.
Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Responds to request for service and assistance; Meets commitments.
Maintains confidentiality; Listens to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions under control; Remains open to others' ideas and tries new things.

We are currently seeking a dispatcher to join our rapidly growing team!.

 

Job Description:

This position is primarily responsible for scheduling and dispatching workers, or service vehicles for conveyance of materials, freight, or passengers, or for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs rendered outside the place of business. Duties may include using radio, telephone, or computer to transmit assignments and compiling statistics and reports on work progress by performing the following duties personally or though subordinates.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Arranges for necessary repairs to restore service and schedules.
Relays work orders, message, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors using telephones or two-way radios.
Confers with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.
Prepares daily work and runs schedules.
Determines types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or specifications.
Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures.
Communicates changes and progress.
